They are designed for moms of all fitness levels and their little ones - from six weeks to max workout review about four years.Several options are indoors and air conditioned, including the newer Stroller BARRE, which is influenced by ballet, pilates and yoga. In addition to the actual workouts, which include cardio, strength training, and core work, there also are songs and fun to keep the kids entertained. Playgroup activities such as crafts, games, storytime and playground time are planned after many of the workouts. Moms can attend up to six free workouts next week, including a Saturday morning option for working moms.
